Over 100 designers and artists from all over Australia present
their furniture in the exhibition. Fringe Furniture is a forum
for ideas and concepts, fostering the development and expansion
of Australian furniture designers. The exhibition is a meeting
point for architects, interior designers, manufacturers, galleries
and high end retail businesses.
Returning to the prestigious Melbourne Museum, Fringe Furniture
abounds with more space and more kudos. The Melbourne Museum
has agreed to award the best furniture design with a Director’s
