Melbourne Fringe has a small core staff of six who work year-round; however, our team grows considerably in the lead-up to and during the Festival. Typically we employ 35-45 staff, up to 10 interns, and 100-500 volunteers. We also offer several unpaid learning and development opportunities including Internships and Volunteering - especially in the lead-up to and during the Festival. Sign up to our email newsletter The Fix to remain updated about these opportunities as they arise.
