POSITIONS AVAILABLE:

MARKETING & PUBLICITY COORDINATOR

Location:  Level 2, 225 Bourke St, Melbourne

Reporting to: Marketing Manager

Position type: Fixed-term contract

Salary details: $7,000 (initially 3 days per week, increasing to full time during the Festival. Some out of hours work and flexibility of scheduling will be required)

Employment period 22 July – 18 October 2013

The Marketing & Publicity Coordinator will provide administrative support for the Melbourne Fringe Publicist during the Festival period as part of the overall Melbourne Fringe Marketing and Media strategy. This role works closely with the Marketing Manager to assist in the delivery of print, online and signage requirements for the Festival.

VOLUNTEER COORDINATOR

Location:  Level 2, 225 Bourke St, Melbourne

Reporting to: Administration Manager

Position type: Fixed-term contract

Salary details: $7,000 (initially 3 days per week, increasing to 4 and then 5 in the lead up to the festival. Some out of hours work and flexibility of scheduling will be required)

Employment period 22 July – 18 October 2013

The Volunteer Coordinator provides overall coordination of volunteers for the 2013 Melbourne Fringe Festival. The role includes recruitment, briefing, rostering, ongoing contact and support.

DIGITAL CURATOR

Location:  Level 2, 225 Bourke St, Melbourne

Reporting to: Creative Producer

Position type: Fixed-term contract

Salary details: $2,972 (Initially 1 day/week, increasing to 2 days/week in the lead up to the Festival. Some flexibility will be required)

Employment period 23 July – 18 October 2013

The Digital Curator will work under the supervision of the Creative Producer, engaged in the development, planning, logistics and delivery of Digital Creatures (a keynote project of the 2013 Melbourne Fringe Festival). Digital Creatures will see some of Melbourne’s best digital artists present their work at the Little Creatures Dining Hall during the Festival period.
