It's never too soon to start thinking about The 2009 Melbourne Fringe Festival

So it’s summer.  Everyone is thinking barbeques and planning holidays, but here at Melbourne Fringe we have been toiling away on plans for the next festival, 23 September – 11 October 2009.
If you have definite plans to be involved, or just a vague curiosity, then don’t be too laid back about it – expressions of interest for a space in the Fringe Hub at North Melbourne Town Hall will be opening in May (that’s only 5 months away) and general registrations will get under way in June.
And keep an eye out for information about our forums and workshops on all things Fringe – we’ll be starting those off nice and early next year.

And in closing – Fringe is closing.  Just for a few weeks.
We have locked up the office and thrown away the key.  Time for a well earned summer rest.
We’ll be back on board and rearing to go on Monday 19 January – feel free to drop us an email in the meantime and we’ll get back to you on our return.
We here at Fringe hope that you have an over indulgent, ever so clichéd and above all joyous silly season.  Over and out.
