Outside Eye

Outside Eye is a mentoring and professional development program supported by FULL TILT that sees selected Melbourne Fringe artists individually matched with an industry professional Mentor.

Applications for Outside Eye will open again in 2012 to Melbourne Fringe Festival artists at the time of your online show registration.

 ‘Mentoring must be about peer-to-peer interaction, not work experience… A relationship based on wisdom, guidance, support and networking’

Artists and Producers will be chosen from a diverse range of art forms and matched with a Mentor that complements the artistic approach of their current production and on-going practice. As well as one on one rehearsal and workshop time with their mentor, Outside Eye Artists will have opportunities to attend master classes with leading Australian Arts practitioners. Thanks to FULL TILT’s support Melbourne Fringe will be able to offer all participating mentors an honorarium in acknowledgement of their involvement.
