In collaboration with the Burnet Institute, a medical research organisation with expertise in sexual health, we've put together a short survey that will help us evaluate our key health message campaign. The aim of the survey is to see whether people remember the key health message from the 2011 Melbourne Fringe Festival and what the campaign was all about.

In return for your time, we’re offering up a bunch of spectacular prizes including the Major Prize of a VIP Pass to the 2012 Melbourne Fringe Festival (26 Sept- 14 Oct) entitling you and a guest unparalleled access to as many shows as you can squeeze in this Fringe.
