Fringe Hub
44 shows, 14 nights, 10 spaces, 4 venues, 1 destination.
A Festival needs a Hive. It needs a buzz generated by a critical mass of shows, creating a precinct, enabling you to see many shows in one evening. So in addition to the hundred-plus venues spread across town, we ensure that the Fringe Hub provides opportunities for artists who engage, excite, pulse and engross you — all in the one locale.
We spend most of the year seeing shows, meeting with artists, discussing ideas, supporting development, getting the right shows in the right spaces, making this happen. Among the 44 shows on offer, you’ll be hard pressed to find two the same.
It's all about supporting new work. And it sure pays off because year after year, our Fringe Hub shows go on to win awards, tour interstate or overseas, inspire new works and kick the cycle offagain. So don’t miss out. Plan your nights, see lots of shows, support new work, have a blast.
