Show location info

I love the smell of comedy in the morning.

The year is 1968, the peak of the Vietnam War or at least that’s what Charlie thinks. Charlie is a Vietnam War enthusiast whose backpacking adventures and one too many viewings of Apocalypse Now have taken him to a dark place.

Convinced he is stationed in a bunker on the brink of the Vietnam War, there is only one way out of his delusion – stand-up comedy

Previously performing as one half of the identical twin comedy theatre duo, The Good Morning Captain. Karl Redgen is back with his first solo show. Rapid Fire will take you the comical misadventure around South East Asia of one unlucky backpacker.
