The FLUFFY Freakshow

Adelaide is not only famous for bodies in barrels, shallow graves and missing children, it is also well known for having a REAL arty heavy muso freak community and the Bendigo Hotel presents (as a part of the Melbourne Fringe Festival), a snapshot of the REAL goings on in the Adelaide underground freak scene.

The Misfits Stunt Crew (recently censored on Australia's Got Talent) are described by another Adelaide famous self mutilating freak as 'totally fuc*ed up'. For the past 10 years, they have been performing live Jackass style stunts that are SO NASTY, it's really hard to look but even harder to look away because you will be screaming with laughter. They are the Laurel & Hardy of shock comedy but it's definitely not for the faint hearted. It's hilarious, shocking and entertaining, the show will make you wince, dry retch and cry, all at the same time.

Dr El Suavo has been warping the minds in various guises since 1990. An evening with the Dr is like stepping back in time and being in Las Vegas. He has shared the stage with Tom Green, Secret Chiefs 3, Neil Hamburger, Steve O, Les Claypool, The Bronx, Turbonegro, Blowfly, Suicide Girls, Nashville Pussy, Dead Moon, Wolfmother, Regurgitator, Canned Hamm, Hard Ons, JP Incorporated and many more.

Then comes another massive assault on your senses... Fear & Loathing, Adelaide's (probably Australia's) oldest punk band who's original drummer, John Scott, went on to form 'The Mark Of Cain'.
