At the end of this show, a man dies. Sorry to spoil it but he does. It’s ok though cos it’s all part of a darkly euphoric comic narrative from Vigilantelope’s Joel Tito who has returned to combine clowning, music, silence and singing for his solo debut. Also, don’t worry - the show has no philosophy. Maybe a bit. But that’s it.
Joel co-formed the multi-award winning Vigilantelope (Tale of the Golden Lease). Here's some reviews of them:
‘Truly astonishing... a magnificent performance that ultimately restored my faith in the art of comedy, theatre and performance...hard to avoid the feeling that you're witnessing the birth of a new generation of comedic actors’ - Pun
‘Funny, irreverent and smart’ - Herald Sun
