MKA: Theatre of New Writing present a play by Zoey Dawson. She would describe it, if she was asked in an interview in a magazine or on the television, as a dramatic play. But, you know, a very life-affirming dramatic play. Well, it's about her ex-boyfriend. So, you know, it's definitely got that sad, sentimental bit to it. It’s really relatable in that way. Hot. Sad. Tender. Clever. Emotional. That's how Zoey would describe it.
'Zoey Dawson is one of the brightest emerging talents on the Melbourne scene' - Cameron Woodhead, The Age
'the break out company of 2011' - Timeout Magazine
'my favourite company for 2011' - Aussietheatre
'the most notable emergence (of 2011)' - theatrenotes
