The Centre for Education and Research in Environmental Strategies is better known as CERES, and we love it. It is an enviro-conscious Market, Organic Farm, Co-Op, Café and Bushfood Nursery which is working towards being entirely carbon neutral by 2012. You can find CERES on the corner of Roberts and Stewart Streets in Brunswick East. |

We all just love OLYMPIC DOUGHNUTS, located just outside Footscray Station. Handmade by a gorgeous gentleman and his wife are the freshest, sugariest, doughiest, warmest hot jam doughnuts you’ll find in this city. These guys have been operating their doughnut van since the 70s, so they must be doing something right. OLYMPIC DOUGHNUTS can be found at 51 Irving Street in Footscray - just at the bottom of the ramp to the train station. |
