Opportunities for professional support as an independent artist are all too rare. In partnership with FULL TILT at the Arts Centre, Outside Eye gives 20 artists the chance to develop their creative practise with mentorship by an industry profession (your ‘Outside Eye’), professional workshops and free studio space to rehearse research and develop your project. Outside Eye applications are open to all Melbourne Fringe Festival artists at the time of registration.
