There is the one time of year when we ask our Fringe Dwellers to put on their judgey hats and tell us what their favourite show at the Melbourne Fringe Festival has been. Without you, we couldn’t present the Fringe Dwellers People’s Choice award, and without that we couldn’t democratise our awards process and translate the love of the punter to the artists who work so hard to engage, entertain and enchant you. Whether you’ve seen one show or 100, if you email communications@melbournefringe.com.au with your pick for the best show of Melbourne Fringe 2009, you’ll be helping us strengthen the connection between performer and audience, and we love that. Also, if you get selected as Fringe Dweller Ringmaster or Acrobat, you will be invited to our swanky awards night and given the honour of presenting the award yourself. How proud would your Mum be?! So get out your vote, email us, and make award magic happen. We'll be taking votes until midday on Saturday 10 October.
