In 2006 Venue managers are able to access information for events at their venue online, including daily and season sales figures. Each time you want to check your venue's details, you will need to login with an email address and password. The Festival issues a number of passes that grant the bearer special offers or discounts. Passes that may be presented at venues include: Artist, Media, Volunteer, Staff, Judge and VIP. We have provided a document below that you can download, which shows exactly what each pass looks like, and what the bearer is entitled to. It's a good idea to print this out and place it at your box office or ticket sales desk for your front of house staff to use as a guide.
