FuRinKaZan brings together some of the best Japanese musicians that Australia has to offer. Wadaiko Riondo - a Melbourne based Japanese Taiko drumming group with over 10 years experience, Noriko Tadano - well known and mind blowing Shamisen (Japanese Banjo) player and Shigeru Nakajima - a Brisbane based renowned Shakuhachi (Japanese Flute) player all individually showcase their extraordinary musical abilities based on traditional themes of Fu (wind), Rin (forest), Ka (fire) and Zan (Mountains). Throughout the encapsulating show, which demonstrates a journey from childhood to adulthood, all musicians unite to play stunning musical pieces together. It's rare and beautiful vision that continues to evolve.
