Let’s be honest. Seriously good jobs come up once in a blue moon. Well, it’s blue moon time at Melbourne Fringe. If you’re after a fun, energetic workplace devoted to the independent arts and if you’re up for the brilliant challenge of making impossible things happen Festival-style (with the best work mates you could possibly imagine) then we are recruiting for a bunch of new positions for 2018 now. Sense of humour, passion for our work and a robust commitment to dancing during the Festival are all a must.

Associate Producer (Artistic Development)

Do you speak art, live art, breathe art? Then our Associate Producer (Artistic Development) is a perfect role for you. You will work closely with our Festival Producer to deliver Melbourne Fringe’s self-produced creative programs, residencies and artist development programs. Come and join our Artistic Team and you’ll have a guaranteed fun time (because we are so adorable).

Festival Producer

The rarest and bestest opportunity has come up for an energetic, ambitious, passionate producer to help create the beast that is Melbourne Fringe. Leading a team of amazing people and reporting to the Creative Director and CEO, you should apply for this job if you’re an experienced producer who loves festivals, is dedicated to supporting artists at all stages of their careers, is creative, clever and is up for the ride of your life. Inclusion Coordinator

If you are absolutely dedicated (as we are) to maximising accessibility to the independent arts, then this one is for you. Working alongside our staff, our participants and our venues, this role will work to support people who are Deaf or with disability to take part in the extraordinary beast that is Melbourne Fringe. We encourage applications from those who have lived experience of disability. This is a new, three year contracted 0.5 EFT position, established with the support of Gandel Philanthropy and the Lord Mayors Charitable Foundation.

Partnerships Manager

We are after someone pretty fabulous to work with our amazing donors and sponsors (and to help us find some new ones who are equally amazing). We are offering flexible working conditions for the right person to join the Development Team (0.4 EFT). Must think responsible banking is a good idea, music videos are an excellent way to ask for money, and be into philanthropy and building corporate partnerships. Obviously.
