Production Coordinator - Hubs (two roles)

The Production Coordinator is a seasonal fixed-term employee who focuses on the production and technical delivery of the Melbourne Fringe Festival. The primary focus of the Production Coordinator is to assist the Production Manager with the daily running of all venues within the Melbourne Fringe. The role will include daily operational activities and team-based bump-in and bump-out duties. Bump-in and bump-out activities will consist of setting up venues and sites.

Marketing Coordinator (Festival Content & Delivery)

The Marketing Coordinator (Festival Content & Delivery) supports the delivery of Melbourne Fringe’s marketing and communications activity across the Festival campaign period. This is a hands-on, execution focused role centred on content creation, social media, website updates and the practical day-to-day work that brings the Festival’s brand to life, helping the team move fast, stay consistent, and tell great stories across every channel.

Production Manager (Regional & Touring)

The Production Manager (Regional & Touring) is all about taking Melbourne Fringe on the road. You’ll be responsible for the end-to-end production delivery of our regional work, leading a week-long Fringe Encore mini festival in Ballarat in late Oct, working with venues, suppliers, production crew, and artists to bring bold work into theatres, civic buildings and unexpected outdoor spaces. It’s a hands-on production role that blends big-picture thinking with practical delivery, managing budgets, timelines and relationships to make sure the art lands brilliantly and the region feels it. 

The position will commence as part-time and move to full-time in August, and the applicant will be required to work across Melbourne, Ballarat and remotely.

Logistics Coordinator

The Logistics Coordinator is a seasonal fixed-term employee who focuses on the logistics for the delivery of the Melbourne Fringe Festival. The primary focus of the Logistics Coordinator is to assist the Production Managers with coordination of all temporary assets required for the set up and the daily running of all venues within the Melbourne Fringe. The role will include pre-production logistics, team-based bump-in and bump-out duties and daily operational activities.
