An exciting dialogue with international artists around the access movement taking place in Europe.

This conversation focuses on the Europe Beyond Access (EBA) international project that supports the creation of new works by d/Deaf and/or Disabled artists from across Europe. Caroline Bowditch speaks to Ben Evans (Project Manager for EBA) and two recently commissioned artists, Diana Niepce and Sindri Runudde.

About Europe Beyond Access:
Co-funded by the Creative Europe programme of the European Union, EBA is a collective of 10 European dance and performing arts organisations, aiming to support disabled and/or Deaf artists to break glass ceilings of contemporary dance and theatre and become Europe’s next artistic leaders. The EBA runs several program streams to achieve this, with Artistic Exchanges, Audience Development & Engagement, Capacity Building, and Artist Commissions and Public Presentations.
