The venue is wheelchair accessible in the theatre space only. There is an accessible toilet available.

If you need step-free access, you can access the venue from Spark Lane, a small lane running off Flinders St, between Spring and Exhibition St. The venue will provide detailed instructions including a contact number, if you contact the venue 24 hours before the event or by 5pm on Friday for weekend events. The gallery is only accessible by two flights of stairs, 28 steps in total, with a landing in the middle. The first flight has a handrail on the right-hand side going down and the second flight has a handrail on both sides.

Service animals are welcomed inside the venue.

There is limited on-street parking and there’s a Wilsons carpark across the road at 28 Flinders Lane.
